Calling All Fifth Graders: Read-a-Thon Skit Starts Soon
Tuesday, December 06, 2016 8:20 AM

Plans are underway for the fifth-grade Read-a-Thon skit! Tryouts will be held from 8 to 9 am, Wednesday, December 14 in the auditorium. Practices will be held 8 to 9 am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays starting January 10, leading up to the Opening Ceremony on January 31. As the Read-A-Thon is in full swing, we take a break from skit practices in February. Practices resume February 28 and continue through the Closing Ceremony on March 17.

All fifth graders are welcome to be involved in either the Opening or Closing Ceremonies (there will be speaking and nonspeaking parts). Students are also very much needed for crew and prop work! Interested students need to be available for the dates listed above and be committed to working on the skit.

Parents of interested fifth graders, please sign up here to indicate your child's interest. Please provide all information requested. We also need and welcome parent volunteers. Thank you!
