Handicap Parking Spots: Please do not park in the handicap parking spots for any reason unless you have a permit.  We have students and staff members who need these parking spots.

Parking: Do not double park in the parking lot or use reserved parking spots. Thank you!

Drop-off Circle: Please review drop-off circle safety protocols and use this for drop-off only if you have children in grades K-2.
  • Be sure to pull up as close to the "Pull Up Here To Drop Off" sign as possible.
  • Students must be let off on the passenger side right onto the curb.
  • Adults, do not get out of your cars.
  • Students need to hop out quickly so you can depart immediately.
  • Remember, you can only make a right turn out of the lot.
Dismissal: Do not drive into the main entrance circle after 3 pm. Buses pick up students from this area.

Weather: As the weather turns colder, please make sure your children are coming to school with appropriate attire to be outside for recess and PE.  Weather permitting, students will be going outside for recess every day.
Illness: As the cold and flu season approaches, you may be asking, "When should my child stay home?"
The following are general guidelines to help with this decision. Keep your child home if:
  • He or she has had a fever of 100 degrees or higher in the past 24 hours.
  • He or she has vomited two or more times in the past 24 hours.
  • He or she has diarrhea, an increased number of stools compared to normal, stools that are loose, or needs to use the bathroom frequently.
  • He or she has a rash for which the cause is unknown. Check with your doctor before sending to school.
  • He or she has an illness (severe wheeze, severe cough, etc.) that prevents him or her from participating in school activities.
Please call the attendance line at (612) 668-3288 if your child will be absent, or if you have any questions about whether to send your child to school.
