Mindfulness Family Night October 2

Parents and caregivers, join Ms. Jen on Tuesday, October 2, from 6 to 7:30 pm to learn more about Mindfulness and its benefits for our social and emotional well-being at this open house event. We will demonstrate strategies we have learned at school and share ideas for practicing mindfulness at home. For this event to be a success, we are seeking several volunteers; please sign up here
