Dear Families,

What a turn out we had for the picnic last week! It was wonderful to see so many families connecting with one another and enjoying the beautiful weather. Thank you to the PTA and all of the volunteers that helped to make this a fun and successful event. It was also great to see so many of you at the Auditorium Dedication for Mr. Cadotte on Friday.

This week the events continue with the 4th and 5th grade Choir concerts on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, the 4th grade 'Parade of States' on Thursday afternoon. In addition to these fun events, we will be wrapping up spring testing over the next week. Wacky Hair day will take place on Friday, May 26th.

With all that is going on in these last few weeks of the school year, student energy is high. Our teachers and staff do their best each and every day to remain consistent and keep students positively engaged. At home, you can support your children with a successful ending to the school year by reinforcing 'The Burroughs Way' and encouraging your children to 'Be Respectful, Be Responsible and Be Safe' through their school day.

As always, feel free to reach out to me with any questions that may arise and I look forward to seeing many families at the events of the upcoming weeks.

Sincerely,
Ana Bartl
Principal
