Note from the Principal

Dear families,

Welcome to the 2nd Quarter of the school year! I hope you all enjoyed another beautiful fall weekend. Quarter 1 was a great start to the year, and we will work to continue the enthusiasm and build on the relationships that have been established to leverage and enrich student learning throughout the rest of the school year.

This is another busy week with school tours, the Presidential Election, and our annual Fall for Burroughs Auction fundraiser. Our school tours have been a success and will continue through January. Thank you to all of the volunteers who have helped with the tours!

We hope to see many families on Saturday at Mill City Nights for the auction. This event is not only an important fundraiser to support our school, but it's also a wonderful opportunity for our adult community to get to know one another and socialize for a great cause that directly supports the students of Burroughs.

Remember, report cards will be sent home with students the week of November 14. Once you receive report cards, if you have questions, please connect with your child's teacher.

Have a wonderful week, and please feel free to reach out with any questions that may arise.

Sincerely,
Ana Bartl
Principal
