Mindfulness
Thanks to our generous PTA, our students and staff will have the opportunity this spring to participate in a mindfulness curriculum. Through this curriculum we will learn strategies to help us better cope with the daily stressors in life. Benefits of mindfulness education include: improved attention and focus, emotional regulation, increased awareness and adaptability, growing compassion for self and others, calming the body and mind, improved resilience, and greater balance.
