Fall For Burroughs Classroom Donations
Tuesday, October 15, 2019 9:55 AM

We hope by now you have learned about the 12th annual Fall For Burroughs Auction being held on Friday, November 8 at the American Swedish Institute. One of the main sources for auction items is classroom donations for each grade level. The classrooms for each grade will be raising money together to donate various items. Past examples of auction items that classrooms have purchased through parents' donations include Disney World family vacations, "Up North" ski trips, electronics, and local culinary tours. And rest assured your dollars will go to GREAT use because any dollars raised in excess of what is needed to purchase the Silent Auction items will be donated directly to the Burroughs Fund!

By now you should have received a flyer explaining classroom donations from your student or an email from your teacher. Check those take-home folders or backpacks for the flyer. Thank you in advance for your generous donations to Fall for Burroughs Auction. You may provide your tax-deductible donation via cash or check in your child's take home folder or planner (for 4th and 5th graders). All checks should be made out to Burroughs PTA.

NEW THIS YEAR - you may also make classroom donations electronically here. You will need to create an account and select classroom donations and follow instructions from there. There are credit card processing fees associated with using the BidPal system for classroom donations. Please consider covering the costs of these fees by opting "Cover Costs" when you check out. You can also purchase your tickets to the event at this site.

Thank you so much for your support! If you have any questions, please reach out to Lori Bois.
