Dear Families,

Each school year families are asked to complete an Application for Educational Benefits. This application helps the state identify which students qualify for educational benefits such as reduced cost lunches. The funding tied to the process also pays for the free breakfast program for all students. It is extremely beneficial to the school for each family, even if you do not think you will qualify for the benefits, to complete and submit this form. This year, Burroughs is at risk of losing more than $8,000 in state funding without these forms submitted.  Please, if you have not already, consider completing the application. It can be done online here .
Applications must be submitted by December 1, 2017 in order for Burroughs to not lose out on the funding.
