Note from the Principal

Dear Families,

November is right around the corner, and we have another busy month ahead! The 1st Quarter ends Thursday, and there is no school for students on Friday as teachers work on report cards. Report cards will be sent home with students the week of November 18. Please reach out to your child's teacher if you have questions about your child's report card.

Coming up next Friday is the 12th Annual Fall for Burroughs Auction. This year's auction will take place on November 8th at the American Swedish Institute in Minneapolis. Tickets for this event can still be purchased. This is not only a fun event for our adult community, but also an important fundraiser for our school. We look forward to seeing you there!

Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to extend a few shout outs to some of the wonderful people in the Burroughs Community. To our classroom volunteers, Burroughs Bulletin editors, the individuals who donated books to our Media Center, the Lost and Found coordinators, Lunch Room Volunteers, Auction Volunteers and Organizers of the Fall Campus Clean-Up...THANK YOU!!  We are so grateful for your contributions as they have supported us in having a strong 1st Quarter of the school year.

Enjoy another long weekend and please feel free to reach out with any questions that may arise.

Sincerely,

Ana Bartl
